McShane Medical Properties has created a management and leasing office at 150 W. Half Day Rd. in Buffalo Grove, IL.
The portfolio includes three acute care facilities, traditional medical office buildings, an imaging center and two athletic/fitness centers. Of those, two of the medical buildings and one of the fitness centers are located on Advocate Condell's Libertyville campus. Combined, the portfolio's 12 buildings are occupied by more than 100 tenants.
