McShane To Manage, Lease 380,000-SF Portfolio

ROSEMONT, IL-Nationwide Health Properties has retained McShane Medical Properties to oversee an assignment including 12 Lake County medical buildings.

ROSEMONT, IL-Nationwide Health Properties has retained McShane Medical Properties to manage and lease a 380,000-square-foot portfolio of medical buildings in Lake County. The 12 medical buildings accommodate tenants affiliated with the Advocate Condell healthcare system. The group operates a full-service hospital out of Libertyville, IL, which employs 600 physicians as Lake County’s largest healthcare provider.

“McShane Medical Properties will establish a value-add approach to the management and leasing of this grouping of medical facilities in order to ensure the continuation of premier patient care that is consistently associated with the Advocate Condell name,” Raymond Braun, president of McShane Medical Properties, says. McShane Medical Properties has created a management and leasing office at 150 W. Half Day Rd. in Buffalo Grove, IL.
