Industry Experts Assess Market Opportunities

TEANECK, NJ-Experts in New Jersey's commercial real estate sector will discuss market opportunities at the 2009 RealShare New Jersey conference.

TEANECK, NJ-Executives in the Garden State’s commercial real estate sector will gather together and offer their assessments of market opportunities in a conference and networking event on Thursday, Oct. 22 at the eighth-annual RealShare New Jersey . The annual conference is scheduled for 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpoint at 100 Frank W. Burr Blvd. here.

Jason Young, conference producer for the RealShare Conference Series, tells GlobeSt.com that the agenda features sessions on the office and industrial sectors, opportunistic investment and finance and sustainable design and construction, as well as a legislative update from the Smart Growth Economic Development Coalition.

The conference will tackle a host of questions designed to prepare attendees for 2010, ranging from where the opportunities are and what survival skills are needed to how the market will change after the upcoming election.
