G&E Adds Director of Management Services

SAN FRANCISCO-David Ford, formerly president Asset Management Services is now charged with growing Grubb & Ellis' property management portfolio in Northern California.

SAN FRANCISCO-David Ford has joined Grubb & Ellis Co. as its director of management services in Northern California. The newly created position is part of the company’s plan for growing its property management portfolio in the region.

Ford comes to G&E from Asset Management Services, a full service real estate firm that he ran as president for eight years. Prior to that, he was COO for Orion Partners Ltd. Commercial Real Estate Services, a Bay Area firm. Prior to that, he held senior positions at TRI Commercial Real Estate, Whitney Cressman Limited Real Estate Advisory Services, and PM Realty Group.
