DALLAS-Investors should start buying commercial real estate now in this market because “assets tend to be irreplaceable,” said Robert Knakal, chairman and founder of New York City-based Massey Knakal Real Estate Services. “The opportunity might not be there tomorrow,” for those looking to hold properties in the long term, he said.
