Local industry sources tell GlobeSt.com the overall 120,000-square-foot commitment is for five years and that the value of the lease is approximately $2.8 million, which works out to approximately $0.38 per square foot per month. The listing brokers in the deal, Colliers SVPs Greig Lagomariso and Casey Rockson, declined to confirm the information through a spokesperson.

Owned by Morgan Stanley, Whipple Business Park is a four-building development located on the south side of Hayward, near I-880. Falcon Global's building is located at 1083 Whipple Rd. Other available space in the park includes 1029 Whipple Road, a divisible 84,000-square-foot building, and 1063 Whipple Road, a 48,000-square-foot building.
