STV Extends and Expands Into 116,000 SF

NEW YORK CITY-A 25-year tenant at 225/233 Park Ave. South, the engineering firm has added 12,705 square feet of expansion space to its existing 104,239 square feet.

NEW YORK CITY-Engineering firm STV Inc., a longtime tenant at 225/233 Park Ave. South, has extended its lease there, adding another 12,705 square feet of expansion space to boot. The deal involves a total of 116,943 at the Union Square-area office property.

According to CB Richard Ellis, which represented landlord Orda Management, STV has signed a 10-year extension, commencing in 2014, on its existing 104,238 square feet of space on floors three through five at 225 PAS and floors five and six in 233 PAS. The two buildings are inter-connected at various floors. The expansion space on the third floor of 233 PAS is for 15 years, at an asking rent of $48 per square foot.
