Peter Hamburger, Robert Rudin, Walter Schoenberg, Harlan Hollander and Jan Randall of Cushman & Wakefield's East Rutherford office represented Solix in the long-term, full-building transaction. Susan Mason from Jones Lang LaSalle brokered the lease for Ivy Equities. While C&W would not disclose the rental rate, nearby properties at 500 and 400 Lanidex Plaza have rents around $22 a square foot.

Solix hoped to achieve several objectives with its move, Hamburger tells GlobeSt.com. "They wanted to be in their own building, and they hoped that it would be LEED certified." he explains. "Of equal importance, they were looking to establish a relationship with a flexible landlord that could work with them to meet their unique needs as their business model grows in the coming years."

Solix will relocate to the property in two phases this fall and next spring. The company provides solutions for program administration, with an emphasis on eligibility determination, funds distribution, grant administration, managerial reporting and compliance reviews.
