Terms of the lease were not disclosed. Randy Wolcott of ProVenture represented the tenant, while Doug McDowell and Jeb Atkinson, also with ProVenture, represented the landlord.
DCT owns and manages more than 76 million square feet of bulk distribution and light industrial space in the US and Mexico. OHL manages 32 million square feet worldwide.
