The four-season resort was picked up by the REIT in an all-cash purchase. The refinancing will put leverage on the property for owner CNL. The resort boasts skiing and snowboarding the in the winter and Mountain Adventure Park in the summer months. It generates its own energy using "alternative wind power," according to a release.

Debbie Orloff, SVP of NorthMarq's Boston regional office, arranged the financing the the REIT.
