The Clorox transaction brings the 133,442-square-foot, class A Brookside II to 96% leased near Georgia 400 and Old Milton Parkway. Wes Hardy, senior leasing representative with Duke, represented the building while CresaPartners brokers Brad Metzger of Chicago and Tom Tindall of Atlanta represented the tenant.

At Brookside I, Qwest will remain the building's biggest tenant. Harrison Morris of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant while Hardy negotiated on behalf of the building owner.

"The long-term commitments that both companies made to Brookside validate the park and the stability of Duke's ownership structure," says Chris Brown, senior vice president with the Indianapolis, IN-based REIT. Terms of both transactions were not disclosed.
