Turner Hits 100% Leasing at Riverwalk Office

RIVERSIDE, CA-Turner Development Corp. of Newport Beach has reached 100% occupancy at the Pierce Street office portion of the company’s one-million-square-foot Turner Riverwalk mixed-use development with the signing of two new leases, one with an existing tenant and one with a company that is relocating to the project. The two tenants are Chicago Title Insurance Co., which signed for 10,337 square feet in a relocation to Turner Riverwalk, and the American College of Healthcare, which signed for 4,800 square feet in a renewal and expansion.

Chicago Title, which is one of the nation’s largest providers of title insurance and escrow services, is relocating to Turner Riverwalk from offices in Corona. American College of Healthcare offers certification programs for the medical field such as medical assistant, pharmacy technician and surgical technologist.
