The building trading hands is called Hampden Place Medical Center. It is located near Swedish Medical Center and within Englewood City Center, a transit-oriented, mixed-use redevelopment district. Hampden place was developed in conjunction with local physicians and the HCA HealthOne Hospital System.

The building houses an ambulatory surgery center, medical imaging, physiotherapy and medical offices for orthopedic, hematology-oncology and related-physician practices. Mark D. Engstrom, Healthcare Trust's acquisitions EVP says he was attracted to the project due to the quality of the tenants--a surgery center and an imaging center--and its prime location.
