Gorelick, now a VP with the San Francisco office of C&C, comes to the company from Sares-Regis Group, where she was a project manager. She also founded the private real estate company's acquisitions team in 2006. At C&C she is a member of president Erik Doyle's investment team. "With an extensive background on the principal side of commercial real estate acquisition and development, [she] clearly understands the needs and expectations of our clients," Doyle said.

During her career Gorelick has overseen every aspect of the development cycle--from property acquisition and entitlements to construction, leasing and disposition. "My time will now be focused on evaluating assets, understanding the needs of potential buyers and sellers and negotiating deals," she said. Prior to Sares-Regis, Gorelick was VP of business development with Stonepath Group, a publicly traded venture capital company funding early stage tech start-ups.

Barzegar, now a senior associate in G&E's San Francisco office, comes to the firm from TRI Commercial, where he served as an investment and senior office leasing specialist beginning in 2007. Prior to that, he was a VP with the commercial real estate services firm Axiant Group.

Brasler prior to G&E spent four years as a managing director of Zapolski+Rudd, a privately held real estate investment and development firm in the Bay Area for which he directed the asset management, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing and property management of a $200-million portfolio. Brasler began his career in commercial real estate in 1998 with Whitney Cressman.

Last month, the company added David Ford as VP and director of management services, a new position. Ford has 27 years of experience. He has been president of the real estate firm Asset Management Services since 2001. Prior to that, he was chief operations officer at Orion Partners Ltd. Commercial Real Estate Services, a Bay Area commercial real estate firm. He began his commercial real estate career in 1982 at Commercial Development Group in Denver befor spending time at TRI Commercial, Whitney Cressman and PM Realty Group.
