Tenant Buys 128,000-SF HQ

AVON, MA-The sole tenant of 1 Kiddie Dr. is purchasing the office/warehouse and consolidating its headquarters there.

AVON, MA-Logan Furniture is buying 1 Kiddie Dr. here to take over as its corporate headquarters and warehouse. The 127,600-square-foot property is in the Avon Industrial Park on 7.05 acres. The price of purchase was not disclosed.

The single-story 1 Kiddie was built in 1979 with 24′ clear height. The office/warehouse will be new official digs as Logan vacates 20 Plain St. in Braintree, planning to move in December.
