Ferguson, a wholesale plumbing supplier, will begin utilizing the space in the new year after consolidating several other smaller locations throughout the market.
"Ferguson is a strong addition to our tenant mix in Chicago," says Jeff Lanaghan, VP of leasing and development for IDI's Chicago market. "We're glad we could help Ferguson with its consolidation efforts in the Midwest and look forward to working with them over the long-term; both in Chicago and around the country."
Lanaghan acted as the leasing agent on the property. Ferguson was represented by Justin Lerner and David Friedland of Newmark Knight Frank Epic; and John Cash, David Haigh and Irv Malik of NAI Hiffman.
The facility, which is located along Interstate 355, totals 453,100 square feet and was built in 1999. Approximately 140,000 square feet of the warehouse is now vacant.
