Under the new regime Stephen Rowley, president of Rowley Group, will assume the position of president of Flagler Real Estate Services, LLC, overseeing the brokerage, property management and asset management business, including Asset Solutions Group. Jose Hevia, current president and CEO of Flagler, will remain as CEO and president of the over-arching parent company.

This combined company will fuel the continued expansion of Flagler's integrated service businesses and better meet the needs of [Flagler] and Rowley Group's growing customer bas," says Hevia, in a statement. "[Rowley] and his associates at the Rowley Group have earned a reputation for exceptional service and their collective tenure within South Florida's brokerage and property management industries will make them tremendous assets as we grow our footprint throughout Florida."

Rowley Group brings in its Broward office as part of the endeavor, including group VPs David Duckworth and Molly McDonough and associate Brett Rowley. Rowley's president calls the marriage a "win-win," saying that Rowley Group can further its reach, while Flagler will gain a "stronger foothold in Broward County."
