Rowley Group and Flagler Team Up

CORAL GABLES, FL-The brokerage is joining the management and brokerage company to form the largest property management firm in Florida.

CORAL GABLES, FL-Rowley Group will combine its forces with locally headquartered Flagler Real Estate Services, LLC. The combination of brokerage and management firms will singularly become one of the largest property management firm in the Sunshine State. Flagler currently manages 23 million square feet of commercial space in Florida.

Under the new regime Stephen Rowley, president of Rowley Group, will assume the position of president of Flagler Real Estate Services, LLC, overseeing the brokerage, property management and asset management business, including Asset Solutions Group. Jose Hevia, current president and CEO of Flagler, will remain as CEO and president of the over-arching parent company.
