The new tenants, Booz Allen Hamilton and BAE Systems, both leased 2,700 square feet. Locally based Advance was represented in each deal by Brian Banaszynski, vice president of leasing. J.C. Giordano of Jones Lang LaSalle advised Booz Allen Hamilton, a technology consulting firm that works with government agencies and corporations. BAE Systems, a defense company, was repped by Tom Semler of CresaPartners. With these leases, the building is more than 50% occupied.
"With two more of the world's most respected companies selecting PARC for their new offices, the complex is quickly becoming the epicenter of advanced technology in New Jersey," said Banaszynski in a statement. Future plans by Advance at the park include videoconference capabilities, meeting rooms, an auditorium and classrooms.
