Keep Calm Yesterday’s New York Times carried a short piece about a 1939 British Government propaganda poster with a wonderful phrase that was meant to soothe the populace as the war approached. It read, “Keep Calm and Carry On.” I thought it was well worth sharing as 2009 comes to a close, and we anxiously anticipate an iffy 2010. However, we real estate types are tough, resilient, and focused on how to profit from tough times. Therefore, I suggest that we should all “Keep Calm and Carry On,” because we are on the upslope as opposed to last year’s slippery slide. If you want a copy of the British poster to help you get through the next year, visit keepcalmandcarryon.com . And by the way, have a very Happy Thanksgiving.
