Robert Martie of Kwartler Associates represented the owner, MIREF Bedminster LLC, McMorgan & Co., an affiliate of New York Life Investment Management, as property manager. Also assisting were the exclusive listing agents, Jodie Matthews and Dennis McConnell of Jones Lang LaSalle.
The three-story, 97,753-square-foot, class A office building is located in the heart of Bedminster's business district. "The building's prime location made this space a perfect choice for our tenant," Weichert's president John G. Udell tells GlobeSt.com.
Weichert could not disclose rental terms, but according to a third quarter office report from FirstService Williams, average asking rents in Somerset County are $23.48, with a total of 31.84% of space available.
