BEDMINSTER, NJ-Peapack Gladstone Bank will soon call 500 Hills Dr. here home. The company is relocating to a new 40,793-square-foot corporate headquarters in the spring of 2010.

Weichert Commercial Brokerage Inc. senior vice president Jim Sousa and vice presidents George Simson and Rick Barfuss represented the tenant. Peapack Gladstone’s 15-year lease includes options for expansion.

Robert Martie of Kwartler Associates represented the owner, MIREF Bedminster LLC, McMorgan & Co., an affiliate of New York Life Investment Management, as property manager. Also assisting were the exclusive listing agents, Jodie Matthews and Dennis McConnell of Jones Lang LaSalle.
