Vestas Supplier Inks Industrial Lease

DENVER-PMC Technology, a Denmark-based manufacturer of hydraulic components for windmills has leased 43,000 square feet of industrial space in Golden, CO, according to the listing brokerage firm, Frederick Ross Co.

The space will be used for PMC’s first operational business in the US, to be known as PMC Hydraulics. The facility also will serve as the North American headquarters for its Sweden-based parent company, PMC Group.

The building is located within the Coors Technology Center at 161 West 45th Dr. PMC’s leasehold includes 5,380 square feet of office space and 37,940 square feet of manufacturing/warehouse space on 5.48 acres. The listing broker, Robert Bruce, was not immediately available Monday for comment on the terms of the lease.
