NEW YORK CITY-The Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association of the City of New York has signed a new 15-year lease for 39,069 square feet at 125 Broad St. here. The largest union representing the city’s uniformed police officers, the PBA will house its executive offices within the commercial condominium owned by Mack-Cali Realty Corp. Its current offices are nearby at 40 Fulton St.

Terms were not disclosed; asking rents at comparable properties nearby are in the mid-$30s per square foot. The PBA was represented by a FirstService Williams team including vice chairman Mark Friedman and associate director Annie Yao, with legal representation provided by Christine McGuiness of Schiff Hardin LLP. Mack-Cali was represented by EVP Mark Ravesloot, SVP Scott Sloves, and first VP Lisa Cear, all of CB Richard Ellis.
