"Pond View continues to attract medical and professional buyers because of its flexible design, great amenities and close proximity to CentraState Hospital," says Nachamkin. "Over the past 18 months, we have successfully sold over 75% of the office space available at this office park. We look forward to continuing to find the right buyers to purchase the remaining 24,000 square feet of space."

In the first transaction, Pond View purchased the pad site for Building 200, which is approved for a 25,000-square-foot, two-story building, located within the three-building professional and medical office complex. Pond View plans to construct the building.

In the second transaction, Monmouth Middlesex Oncology purchased 5,400 square feet on the second floor of Building 300 a 50,000-square-foot, two story building. This office location will be a consolidation of offices, which housed three recently merged practices.

In addition to these two recent transactions, the Schultz Organization's exclusive sales team consisting of Steven M. Schultz, principal, and Julie F. Nachamkin, managing director, completed several sales at Pond View Professional Park within the past 18 months. Recently closed transactions include:

  • Heal and Care Pediatrics' purchase of 2,307 square feet of space on the first floor of Building 100;
  • Advanced Billing's purchase of 987 square feet of space on the second floor of Building 100;
  • Dr. Irina Bogdan's purchase of 1,465 square feet of space on the second floor of Building 100;
  • Orthopedic Realty Advisors, LLC's purchase of 25,000 square feet of space on the first floor of Building 300;
  • Healthy Women Obstetrics and Gynecology's purchase of 8,600 square feet of space on the second floor of Building 300; and,
  • Personal Medical Care of New Jersey's purchase of 1,962 square feet of space on the second floor of Building 300.
