Diapers.com Consolidates Into 411,000 SF

GOULDSBORO, PA-Online baby supplies retailer Diapers.com is consolidating from several smaller locations in the state into a 411,000-square-foot here at 600 First Ave. The space is part of a 1.3-million-square-foot facility owned by First Industrial Realty Trust.

Montclair, NJ-based Diapers.com is moving in later this month and could increase its space to 811,000 square feet. As of now, the e-tailer is the only tenant occupying 600 First Ave., which was constructed by First Industrial last year.

With the local facility, Diapers.com will have three distribution centers across the country, also including operations in Kansas City, MO and Sparks, NV. The company posted revenues of $89.4 million last year, according to Inc. magazine.
