The 279-foot-tall tower is located between Downtown and the Denver tech Center. Its address is its name, 4550 Cherry Creek. Amenities include a resort-style heated pool and spa, a fitness center, and a business center and conference room. The seller is listed as 4550 Cherry Creek Tower Apartments LLC, whose principal address is that of New York City-based Sentinel Real Estate Corp.

Sentinel acquired the property from Hanover Co. in 2005 for $75 million, according to the brokerage firm that had the 2005 disposition assignment. The initial plan was to covert the building to condominiums, according to the brokerage firm, but it never happened. A Sentinel executive declined comment.
