Station Casinos Asset Gains Days Inn Branding

LAS VEGAS-The owner and operator of off-Strip casinos says the hotel portion of its Wild Wild West Gambling Hall here will fly the Days Inn flag thanks to a new franchise agreement.

LAS VEGAS-Station Casinos Inc. said Wednesday it has reached a franchise agreement with Wyndham Worldwide that will bring the Days Inn flag its Wild Wild West Gambling Hall resort. The 260-room off-Strip development is located west of Interstate 15 on Tropicana Avenue, which includes a major truck stop, a 24-hour Denny’s restaurant and a pool in addition to the casino.

Station says that as a result of the agreement the hospitality side of the operation will be rebranded as Days Inn – Las Vegas at Wild Wild West Gambling Hall and offer up rooms for as low as $39.99 per night. Reservations are now being accepted through the Days Inn reservation system for hotel stays beginning December 15, 2009.

The Wild Wild West Gambling Hall is located at 3330 W. Tropicana Ave. The franchise agreement marks the return of the Days Inn brand to the Las Vegas market. A former Days Inn property in downtown Las Vegas is now a Motel 6.
