The leasehold is within a 426,000-square-foot building at the Sumner Central development. Mitco first occupied the building upon its completion in 2006.

Milt Reimers and John Sullivan of CB Richard Ellis brokered the deal on behalf of building owner LIT Industrial LP, which is an entity of ING Clarion. Speaking through a representative, the brokers declined to confirm the terms, which one local source described as "a three-year deal valued at just under $3 million."
