Situated on approximately 9.4 acres and located at 2300 S. Main St. in Corona, the Valencia Terrace project comprises a 181-unit main building plus 22 duplex and triplex casitas arranged around the main building. The builders describe it as "a resort-like environment" that includes a pool and spa, two beauty salons, a commercial kitchen, a theater room, an exercise gym, plus massage, library, bistro and resident lounge facilities.

According to Bryan Pruter, project manager for SL Residential, the Valencia Terrace project provided SL Residential with an opportunity to expand its brand of building high-density residential communities into the senior living market. "This is a logical and strategic transition for us given the growing demand for senior housing," Pruter says.

SL Residential is part of a Snyder Langston operation that consists of seven operating groups that focus on the office, retail, institutional, high-density residential, healthcare, high-tech, bio-tech and hospitality sectors. Kisco owns and operates 19 senior communities in five states offering both independent and assisted living.
