The lease will start on June 1, 2010 and the rent comes to $201,155.50 per month, according to Acme's SEC filing. The lease is signed for a term of six years and six months, with an option to extend the lease by five years, with the provision that at the time of extension Acme is occupying at least 50% of the leased space.

Along with its current space, Acme also has first offer rights to any available space in the building in addition to an option for 22,337 square feet, set aside for them should they so choose to take it. The landlord, DivcoWest, acquired the 261,961-square-foot office property in May of 2007. The property, built in 1982, is on 52 acres with 860 parking spaces and various amenities, which include a fitness center and a 64-seat ampitheater.

Diversified Project Management has been retained by Acme to facilitate in the management of their move from Burlington. DivcoWest was repped by John Wilson and James Lipscomb of Boston-based Richards Barry Joyce & Partners. Brad Spencer of Grubb & Ellis repped Acme.
