SALT LAKE CITY-O’Reilly Automotive Inc. has acquired 210,000-square-foot warehouse here that is being built-to-suit, according to the Buzz Oates Group of Companies, which is developing the property. The Springfield, MO-based publicly traded retailer of auto parts and accessories reportedly paid $12.5 million for the property, local industry sources tell GlobeSt.com.

The warehouse is under construction at 6230 W. 700 S. With mezzanine space that is being added, the building will have 294,000 square feet of operating space. The facility will employ roughly 450 people.
