Sansone's third-party property management operations will be headed up by John Copitas and Devon Sansone. Copitas, who has been with the firm for six years, tells GlobeSt.com the company has been very good at managing its own properties and will begin offering its services to third parties in January.

"We have a developer's outlook, we're budget and cost oriented, we're efficient and we're hands on," he says. "Previously we had a stronger focus on residential but we prefer to specialize in commercial property management.

Sansone's third property management service includes building operations and maintenance; property accounting and financial reporting; contract management and lease negotiations; and product marketing and leasing.

The company's existing portfolio includes Sansone Park Place, a 400,000-square-foot office and retail development. The company's fee is negotiable, Copitas adds, and could range from a percentage of the gross rental income to a flat fee depending on the situation.
