The tenants in the building include Horizon Surgery Center; Foot & Ankle Surgical Group; St. Rose Walk-in Care; MSA Imaging; Comprehensive Pain Management; Comprehensive Therapy Centers, and the Orthopaedic Institute of Henderson. Tenants will begin occupying their spaces in January. The street address of the building is 10561 Jeffreys St.

The building owner is BBSS Inc., which includes Steve Schmidt of Argo Construction and Steelhead Development. Steelhead is the official developer of the medical park.

The other two properties in the complex, 10521- and 10541 Jeffreys St., each comprise 23,680 square feet. Building A is complete with 40% occupancy; 10541 is pending construction.

Chuck Witters, SIOR, David Flynn and Kris Watier of Lee & Associates' Las Vegas office represented the building owner. CB Richard Ellis represented the tenants, collectively MD Realty of Henderson LLC.

Flynn tells GlobeSt.com the building was to be sold to MD Realty but after having some issues with financing the group opted to master lease the building with an option to acquire. The lease eventually is expected to be converted to a sale, Flynn says.
