$21M Master Lease for 48,000-SF Medical Center

HENDERSON, NV-A group of health care providers including Horizon Surgery Center and Foot & Ankle Surgical Group master lease a new building that was built to suit their needs.

HENDERSON, NV-MD Realty of Henderson has negotiated a 15-year master lease for a new 48,047-square-foot specialty medical building at the three-building Tuscano Medical Parc, according to Lee & Associates, which has the leasing assignment. The lease, which includes an option to acquire the building, is valued at $21 million.

The tenants in the building include Horizon Surgery Center; Foot & Ankle Surgical Group; St. Rose Walk-in Care; MSA Imaging; Comprehensive Pain Management; Comprehensive Therapy Centers, and the Orthopaedic Institute of Henderson. Tenants will begin occupying their spaces in January. The street address of the building is 10561 Jeffreys St.

The building owner is BBSS Inc., which includes Steve Schmidt of Argo Construction and Steelhead Development. Steelhead is the official developer of the medical park.
