IZAR Associates, Inc., a management, technical and staffing services provider, signed a long-term lease for 1,676 square feet of office space in the building after relocating from Bergman's property in Saddle Brook. Holbrook and Henderson, Inc., a supplier of gear cutting tools through their Tru-Volute line of tools, also signed a long-term lease for 1,321 square feet of office space in the building.
