With offices previously located on Middlesex Turnpike here, Woodbridge Towers' newest tenant wanted to upgrade to "a nicer building, while maintaining a close distance to the Metropark Train Station," according to Bergman. The Arthritis Foundation will be using this space as its New Jersey headquarters location. Charlie Parmelli and Rachel Brindisi of Colliers Houston & Co. represented the tenant.

"Woodbridge Towers is one of many commercial office properties in New Jersey that has flourished amid poor economic conditions," says John G. Osborne, executive director of leasing and marketing for Bergman Real Estate Group. "This location offers highly competitive lease terms and outstanding quality while also providing various commuter options."

The four-story, 85,000-square-foot class A building recently underwent renovations to the lobby and elevators. The property also offers an on-site café. In addition, on-site management, parking, after hour key card access, closed circuit video security at all entrances, fiber optic and other high-speed telecommunications options are among the property's value-added conveniences.
