MIAMI-How would your company like to attach its name or logo to one of Florida’s largest office buildings? If so, Fairchild Partners would like to set up a meeting.

The leasing and marketing agency for Miami Tower, formerly known as Bank of America Tower at International Place, is seeking a new naming-rights partner for the 600,000-square-foot, class A office tower near Biscayne Bay in Downtown Miami. Charlotte-based Bank of America is vacating 50,000 square feet in the iconic building to consolidate space at a nearby building on Brickell Avenue that also bears its name.

Miami Tower opened in 1987 and figures prominently in several movies and television shows, including current CBS promos for “CSI: Miami.” The 47-story structure designed by I.M. Pei features multicolored lights that make the building easily recognizable within the city skyline.
