One Gateway Center Gains 65,000 SF of Leases

NEWARK-The new transactions a 40,000-square-foot office lease with national law firm EpsteinBeckerGreen.

NEWARK-Advance Realty has announced several new lease transactions at One Gateway Center, its 26-story, class A office building strategically located here. The new leases and renewals total more than 65,000 square feet, including a 40,000-square-foot, long-term lease with EpsteinBeckerGreen. Vice president of leasing Brian Banaszynski represented Advance Realty in all of the transactions. Richard Mirliss, Richard Madison and Daniel Harrison of Newmark Knight Frank represented EpsteinBeckerGreen in its transaction.

“One Gateway Center provides us with the proximity to our other offices in New York [City] and Washington, DC, as well as all the amenities that we need to conduct our practice on a day-to-day basis,” Carmine A. Iannaccone, managing shareholder of the Newark office of EpsteinBeckerGreen tells GlobeSt.com. “The advantage of such a strategic location as One Gateway was one of the major factors, along with the quality ownership and property management, in the firm’s decision to relocate to this office building.”
