The East Brunswick Racquet Club is a 2.6-acre parcel that includes a 50,000-square-foot building with seven air-conditioned courts, tennis instruction with PTR and USPTA-certified professionals, junior and adult tennis programs and leagues and summer camps.
Brunswick Tennis includes a former top-10 professional tennis player and Grand Slam semi-finalist. The purchaser plans to continue to operate the facility as a tennis club while expanding and enhancing its junior programs and other offerings. "The purchaser is dedicated to cultivating the sport among young players," adds Baxter.
