Kislak Scores East Brunswick Racquet Club Sale

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ-Brunswick Tennis picked up the property for $4 million and will continue to operate the facility as a tennis club while expanding the offerings.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ-The Kislak Company, Inc. recently completed the $4-million sale of the East Brunswick Racquet Club, a private tennis center located at 225 State Rte. 18 here. The Kislak sales team of president Jeffrey Wiener and vice presidents Jonathan Greenberg and Don Baxter represented the seller, East Brunswick Racquet Club–an affiliate of a longtime Kislak client–in the transaction. The purchaser, Brunswick Tennis, LLC, was co-represented by Charles Puth of Kislak and a third party broker.

The East Brunswick Racquet Club is a 2.6-acre parcel that includes a 50,000-square-foot building with seven air-conditioned courts, tennis instruction with PTR and USPTA-certified professionals, junior and adult tennis programs and leagues and summer camps.
