GFX plans to consolidate its operations in Lakemoore and Waukegan into this new facility through the long-term lease. The Grayslake-based company will utilize the space for manufacturing and distribution of retail display fixtures.

This lease brings the property's total occupancy to 33%.

GVA Chicago's Dan Tobin, Mark Deady, and Greg Wernish represented Ashley Capital. Cushman & Wakefield's Chris Porter represented GFX.

The Libertyville Corporate Center is a 40-acre business park that contains both office and industrial tenants. The property currently houses two buildings, this 253,000-square-foot industrial facility and a 35,000-square-foot office. Roughly 20 acres of land is currently available for sale or build-to-suit projects, according to GVA executives.
