The Government of Kazakhstan was represented by the P.G. Williamson Group, while in-house representation for the building's ownership came from Kimia Shadrokh, senior associate director. Lease terms were not disclosed; asking rents for comparable properties are in the mid- to high-$40s per square foot.
At 1450 Broadway, Buffalo Jeans leased the entire 22nd floor of 9,070 square feet, the last remaining tower floor at the property. Millennium Realty Group represented the tenant in the transaction, while John Monaco, senior leasing director of the Moinian Group, represented the owner. The Roth Law Firm PLLC has spoken for the last available tower space at 295 Madison, taking the entire 22nd floor of 3,863 square feet. Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant in the deal, while Cushman & Wakefield represented the Moinian Group.
In a statement, Moinian Group CEO Joseph Moinian says the tower floors "continue to be in great demand due to their great location, access to transportation and stunning Midtown views. We are happy to announce the completion of our ongoing effort to bring these assets to complete occupancy." Space is still available on the lower floors of all three properties.
