Currently, the pet supply product company has a warehouse/distribution facility leased at 45 Holton St. in Woburn, MA and will stay within Massachusetts with its transfer over to 90 Salem Rd. here for a seven-year lease. Fellow tenant Siegel Egg Co., which takes up about half of the facility. <pThe property is managed by Equity Industrial and owned by ING Clarion Partners, which purchased the Billerica Commerce Center in 1998. The building totals 612,685 square feet with clear heights of 30 feet to 38 feet, large column spacing and 97 tailboard loading docks.
CB Richard Ellis's David Corkery and Mark Reardon represented ING Clarion, while Greg Klemmer of Klemmer Associates, LLC repped the Beverly, MA-based company. "PetEdge had a real need and the fundamentals of the building were good," explains Corkery.
