PetEdge Moves, Expands Into 217,000-SF W/D

BILLERICA, MA-The pet supply products company is moving its main distribution hub from Woburn.

BILLERICA, MA-PetEdge is moving into a 216,780-square-feet space here transferring their eastern warehouse and distribution facility from Woburn. The company will occupy roughly 35% of the building, beginning in July.

Currently, the pet supply product company has a warehouse/distribution facility leased at 45 Holton St. in Woburn, MA and will stay within Massachusetts with its transfer over to 90 Salem Rd. here for a seven-year lease. Fellow tenant Siegel Egg Co., which takes up about half of the facility. <pThe property is managed by Equity Industrial and owned by ING Clarion Partners, which purchased the Billerica Commerce Center in 1998. The building totals 612,685 square feet with clear heights of 30 feet to 38 feet, large column spacing and 97 tailboard loading docks.
