Schultz Signs Long-Term Industrial Leases

WOODBRIDGE, NJ-The two separate transactions total 166,000 square feet of Garden State space.

WOODBRIDGE, NJ-The Schultz Organization recently completed two Garden State lease transactions. In the first deal, metal fabrication manufacturer AVE, Inc. signed a long-term, build-to-suit lease for 130,000 square feet of flex/industrial space to use as its headquarters at OM Partners LLC’s 149 Lehigh Dr. Lakewood.

According to senior managing director Douglas A. Gaffney, the aggregated lease value exceeded $17 million for a 15-year period. Gaffney adds that he was the sole broker on the deal.
