Deals Galore at 902 Broadway

NEW YORK CITY-A trio of full-floor leases at the Flatiron District office property caps a streak that has accounted for nearly one-third the building's space.

NEW YORK CITY-A trio of full-floor leases caps a streak at 902 Broadway that has overcome what FirstService Williams calls “tenant transition” at the Flatiron District office property, the services firm said Thursday. “We leased up about 90,000 square feet in just the past few months, securing tenants in a third of the building for the next 10 years,” says FSW’s Perry Mesmer in a release. He calls the 330,000-square-foot 902 Broadway “a well-located, well-maintained building that attracts an eclectic mix of tenants.”

Among that eclectic mix, Cramer-Kresselt Co., a Chicago-based media and advertising company, signed a 10-year, 16,500-square-foot lease for the entire fifth floor, relocating from 7 W. 22nd St.. Rob Silver, of Newmark Knight Frank, represented the tenant. On the two floors directly above Cramer-Kesselt, Lehr Construction signed a seven-year, 33,000-square-foot extension. The existing lease has three years remaining, keeping the tenant there for at least the next decade.
