FSW Arranges HQ Relo for Wentworth Group

EATONTOWN, NJ-The residential property manager is leaving its West Long Branch location to occupy 15,500 square feet here.

EATONTOWN, NJ-The New Jersey office of FirstService Williams has arranged a long term, 15,500-square-foot lease for Wentworth Group at the Donato Group’s 17-21 Christopher Way here, a 45,000-square-foot, single-story office building in the Eatontown Industrial Park.

Residential property manager Wentworth Group is relocating from nearby West Long Branch to accommodate current and future growth needs. The move brings its associates from two separate floors in its current space into one floor at the new location. Monmouth County rental rates are hovering around $18, according to Cushman & Wakefield stats.
