Colliers L&A is representing property owner Metrologic Instruments, Inc. in the sale of the space. The facility is fully air-conditioned and features 75,000 square feet of manufacturing space, a 14,681-square-foot warehouse and 26,000 square feet of office; 15-to-17-foot ceiling heights; three dock doors with levelers and dock seals; a wet sprinkler system; a cafeteria; and 39 roof-mounted HVAC package units.

Marc Isdaner, director and senior vice president of Colliers L&A, is representing the seller Metrologic Instruments, Inc. He is also representing ADM Cocoa in its effort to sell a 107,364-square-foot facility on 39 acres at 600 Ellis St. in Glassboro.

The facility features 94,224 square feet of warehouse space, 7,040 square feet of office and a 6,100-square-foot lab. The property has 28-foot clear ceilings, five tailgate loading doors, one drive-in door, a dry sprinkler system and a truck scale with a 200,000 pound capacity.
