E.A. Sween Relocates to 120,000 SF

MINNEAPOLIS-E.A. Sween Co. has inked a deal that gives the frozen food company 120,000 square feet. The company will occupy space in the Hopkins Cold Storage building owned by Blake Road Partners LLC, an affiliate of Stewart Lawrence Group.

“This move to Hopkins allows us to efficiently manage all of our cold storage requirements under one roof, just nine miles from our production facility, and with room for expansion,” says Rob Linner, SVP of E.A. Sween.

The lease will allow E.A. Sween to relocate its entire frozen food distribution operation from Newport, MN and will put it closer to its headquarters facility in Eden Prairie.
